★ If exchange or return is impossible,


Exchange/return is not possible if it falls under the following matters.


- Period: If it exceeds 7 days after receiving the product,

- Damage to the product: Label removal/washing/repair/traces of wearing/fabric softener, etc.
(e.g. If clothes smell bad due to the surrounding environment, they cannot be exchanged or returned to new products)

- Free order: In the case of free order products, exchange or return is not allowed.

- Products that fall in value immediately after wearing underwear/leggings/ socks cannot be exchanged or returned.

- You can't exchange or return the carry-over items.
(ex. SALE category products and products that cannot be exchanged or returned among Instagram feeds)
